Flux Training Center Annual Spring Series Comp

 

Join us for our annual spring climbing competition series! 

Whether you’re new to climbing or you’re a seasoned pro, this event is designed to challenge all skill levels in a fun and supportive environment.

 

Competition Format:

 

Three Competitions: The series will feature three events on the following dates:

  • March 8th
  • March 15th
  • March 22nd
  • Awards on the 30th

The 30th we will announce the winners of the Spring Series and host our annual Spring Series party from 10-6pm !

 

Start time:

12-4pm

 

Format:

    • Each competition will follow a modified redpoint format. Climbers will have 15 attempts at each route
    • 15 climbs total scored 100-1500
    • 4 point start
    • Controlled top

 

Scoring System: 

    • Scores will be cumulative. After each competition, your total points from two out of the three events will be added together to determine your overall score in each category ( Youth, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). Climbers’ final scores will be the sum of their best attempts from each event.

 Youth (6yr-10yr)

Beginner

Intermediate

Advanced 

 

Pricing per Competition:

  • Members: $20
  • Non-members: $30

Spring Party – March 30th:
After the competition series, join us for our annual Spring Party on March 30th to celebrate the winners and enjoy some food, games, and fun challenges on and off the wall. This event will feature Bonus Challenges that can help you add additional points to your final score to better your chances of moving up in the rankings. 

 

Cover Fee: $10 (includes climbing, food, challenges, and fun with the climbing community)

Come for a day of celebration, bonus routes, bonus challenges, and connect with fellow climbers as we wrap up the series
